The group has raised its commitment to reward shareholders by establishing a minimum dividend payout policy of 50% of net profit. |

Final Dividend for FYE 30 April 2010 |

The Board of Directors is pleased to propose a Final Dividend of 10 sen, less tax and a single tier dividend of 4.5 sen per ordinary share, in respect of the financial period ended 30 April 2010 which subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
The dates of entitlement and payment will be advised later.
